UPDATE

STATE POLICE MAKE ADDITIONAL RISK OF INJURY ARREST

   State Police Detectives conducted an extensive sexual assault investigation in the Town of Stafford which resulted in an arrest that took place on 11/15/08.

   

   During the course of that investigation, State Police Detectives uncovered facts and information in this case to date that resulted in Detectives submitting an arrest warrant application to Superior Court for an additional arrest.

   On 12-16-08, State Police Detectives obtained an arrest warrant from the court for the arrest of the accused. At approximately 12:45 p.m., he was located at his residence and taken into custody  without incident. The accused was transported to Troop C, where he is presently being held on a $250,000. bond court set bond.

CHARGES: Employing a Minor in an Obscene Material

                        Performance [2 counts]       

                Risk of Injury to a Minor [2 counts]

                Conspiracy to Commit Employing a Minor in an

                         Obscene Performance, [2counts]

   Accused Turkington is scheduled to appear in Superior Court GA-19, Rockville on 12-17-08.
