SUBJECT ARRESTED AFTER CRASHING VEHICLE
INTO TROOP G IN BRIDGEPORT
On Thursday, June 26, 2008, at approximately 12:50 p.m. a vehicle crashed into (breaking) and through the control access arm of the front gate (and onto the grounds) of the State Police Troop G in Bridgeport located at 149 prospect Street in the City of Bridgeport.
The operator of that vehicle then drove the vehicle, a Ford F350 pick up truck, into an occupied garage bay though an open bay door and then crashed into a mechanical vehicle lift system causing damage to that lift.
The operator of that vehicle then exited the vehicle and attempted to flee the scene but was taken into custody by Troopers on the grounds of Troop G.
Subsequent to the subject being taken into custody troopers learned that the Bridgeport Police Department was searching for the same suspect and suspect vehicle relevant to several evading motor vehicle accidents in the City of Bridgeport that had occurred just prior to the suspect crashing into Troop G.

Bond:          $10,000 bond held at Troop G in Bridgeport for court appearance 06/27/08
***Bridgeport Police Officers came to Troop G and issued the accused several summons for motor vehicle violations and accident that occurred within the City of Bridgeport.
