                                                 STATE POLICE MAKE 4th ARREST IN

                                     PLYMOUTH HOMICIDE INVESTIGATION

The Connecticut Sate Police Western District Major Crime Squad is continuing the investigation in to the shooting incident that took place early on Friday 12/01/06 in Plymouth

State Police Detectives working with Plymouth, Bristol, Plainville, and Southington Police Departments successfully arrested three accused to date in this criminal investigation.

State Police Detectives working continuously on this case over the past three days on 12/03/06 developed additional information regarding this shooting. The development of this information resulted in State Police Detectives submitting an arrest warrant application to Superior Court for the arrest of a fourth accused.

Early today 12/03/06 State Police Detectives located the fourth accused and took him into custody without incident. He was transported to Troop-L where he was processed and held on $1.5 million bond to appear GA#17 Bristol on Monday 12/4/06

CHARGES: Murder

                    Felony Murder

                    Assault 1st

                    Conspiracy to Commit Murder

                    Conspiracy to Commit Robbery
