                                     BRIBERY/FORGERY ARREST

FROM DMV BRIBERY AND FRAUDLENT LICENSE INVESTIGATION

As part of the continuing investigation into the bribery and issuance of fraudulent drivers licenses from the Bridgeport office of the Connecticut Department of Motor Vehicles, another subject was arrested on 06/22/2006.

Arrested: Lizbeth BLAISO,  age  26,   d.o.b. 03/19/1980

                  32 Virginia Street, Bridgeport, CT

Charges: Bribery (2 counts)

             Forgery 2nd

             Conspiracy to Commit Forgery 2nd (2 counts)

Court: G.A. 2 Bridgeport   if bonded court date 07/06/2006

Bond: $50,000 (if bond is not made she will be presented at G.A. 2 on 06/23/2006)

This arrest is a continuation of the ongoing investigation by the State Police Motor Vehicle Fraud Task Force. State Police Detectives assigned to this task force have made several arrests previous to this one, including the arrest of a former DMV employee named Tracy Lucas-Stevenson in May 2005, which is directly connected to the arrest of Blaiso.
