Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development

The DECD works closely with CT DEEP in the redevelopment of brownfield and urban sites in Connecticut.   Its Office of Brownfield Remediation and Development maintains an inventory of brownfield sites and has a program of grants to stimulate the redevelopment of brownfield sites.
