The Boater's Guide is currently available in digital book and PDF formats. A printed version of the Boater's Guide should be available at any Department of Motor Vehicle Office, your local Town Hall, or many marinas and yacht clubs.

The digital book format (link to Turley Publishing) requires Adobe Flash Player and will be continually updated with regulatory changes as they occur.

The PDF version is a large file and may take several minutes to download.  To make accessing information on specific topics faster, individual sections of the guide have also been provided for downloading.
