Clinical Community & Consultation (CCC):

Therapeutic Foster Care will be separated & elevated under CCC, with Nicole McKelvey-Walsh as the TFC Program Director
Ken Cabral will lead DCF’s Interagency Planning efforts, working with agencies such as DDS, DMHAS, and OEC on improved collaboration and system responsiveness
Regional Clinical Program Directors will now report up through Dr. Stephney Springer
