I need to get in contact with the Department of Social Services. Are they open during the state’s Coronavirus slowdown?

Department of Social Services field offices are closed to the public, as a protective measure for the safety of customers and staff. Offices are closed until March 27, 2020, pending further evaluation as the situation evolves.

However, DSS staff are working and the agency is continuing to provide services.
