Written Certification Examinations

The following is a list of the Written Certification Examination testing locations that are being held in the future. To register for one of these examination locations, please submit an original application for a first time testing or a re-examination application for a reexamination and the appropriate fees required. Applications must be completed in full and into the Certification Division a minimum of ten days prior to the examination date you are requesting. Incomplete applications and/or late applications will be returned. Applications received without fee (if required) will be returned.
