What's the difference between a business dissolution and a withdrawal?
Dissolution is what happens when you close a business entity formed in the state of Connecticut (a domestic business). The business ceases to exist when you file a certificate of dissolution.
Withdrawal means withdrawing the registration of a business from another state or country that no longer wishes to conduct business in Connecticut but will still exist where it was formed.
