If you are dissolving your business, you will need to also close its bank account. Contact your bank directly to learn how. 

Your final closing balance

When you close your bank account, do not empty it entirely. Make sure there are enough funds to cover remaining expenses and pending transactions. To do this, you will need to determine your final closing balance. This will be resolved or distributed as needed. And this amount will also be on your closing documents.
