Members of the public who wish to observe a parole hearing that is conducted “in-person/live” should be at the given institution by 8:45 am on the day of the hearing. Please call the institution in advance to obtain their clearance and further instructions.
NOTE: All visitors have the option to park in the Buckingham Garage (public parking at their own expense) with entrances on Bank Street, Cottage Place and/or Field Street and walk to West Main Street or park at any available on-street parking throughout the area.
