Level Up
Provides students aged 16-21 with the tools, training and resources to work competitively and forge a path to independence. Working together we are building relationships with schools, families and the community and have created a collaborative partnership that introduces students who have an IEP, 504 plan or related challenges to new possibilities. Our goal is to help students be prepared to go out and find their place in the world.
Level Up is managed by our Vocational Rehabilitation program, part of the Bureau of Rehabilitation Services (BRS), a division of the Department of Aging and Disability Services.
How can I refer a student with a disability for Level Up services if he/she attends a private high school?
Contact the Level Up supervisor, Ruth Carvalho, to discuss Level Up services for your student. Level Up services are based on individual student needs taking into consideration the home school district and agency resources.

Level Up Camp 2020 application available now!
For teenagers and young adults ages 16 – 21 with disabilities. Campers will receive real paid work experience, learn about college, explore Assistive Technology, engage with mentors and have fun doing typical camp activities! To be eligible for this free camp, students must be connected to a Level Up Counselor in BRS or a BESB Transition Counselor.
