New Employee Checklist
Welcome to the Department of Aging and DisabilityServices Human Resources New Hires Page. On this page you will find policies,
documents and materials needed before and during your employment with Aging and Disability Services.
Please read all documents carefully, and complete the checklist prior to your
orientation with us. This page also contains information on health benefits,
retirement and other employee benefits which you may find useful in decision
making.

initial next to all areas prior to 1st day of employment.
