Per Public Act 12-114, the Commissioner of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection is required to disseminate a reporting form, Family Violence Model Policy, DESPP-231-C, to all local agencies in the state to establish compliance with Connecticut’s statewide Family Violence Policy. This form needs to be completed as soon as possible to be in compliance with the July 1st date for completion and then annually thereafter.
