Troopers Arrest Lisbon Men After Shots Fired On The Highway 
   On January 30, 2017 at approximately 1:55 a.m. a trooper from Troop E - Montville was parked I-395 southbound near exit 18 in the gore conducting motor vehicle enforcement when a passing vehicle fired a shot from a handgun in the direction of the parked cruiser.
   Troopers stopped the vehicle and initiated an investigation.  Through the course of the investigation it was determined that the vehicle passenger, Wesley Hine, fired a Glock 19 9mm handgun out of the passenger side window towards the cruiser.
    The vehicle operator, Joshua Richardson, and Wesley Hine were taken into custody and transported to Troop E where they were fingerprinted and photographed.  Richardson and Hine were released after posting bond pending their court date.
