State Troopers Investigate Salem Burglary, Seek Suspect ID
 

Salem, CT. (July 6, 2016): State Troopers from Troop K- Colchester are investigating a burglary reported at Gardiner Lake Package Store in Salem.  Troopers seek the identity of the suspect.

Troopers and K9 teams searched the area but did not locate any suspects. Troopers were able to obtain surveillance footage of the suspect in this burglary.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned/white male, approximately 5'10", with a medium build and a goatee. The male suspect was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, a baseball cap and gym shorts.
Anyone with information, or may have information regarding this burglary or the suspect ID is asked to call Troop K at (860) 465-5400 ext. 4076 or text TIP711 with the information to 274637. All calls/texts will be kept confidential.
On July 3, 2016 at approximately 11:50 p.m., troopers from Troop K- Colchester responded to the Gardiner Lake Package Store on Old Colchester Rd. in Salem after the burglar alarm was activated.

Upon arrival troopers discovered entry into the package store was made through the front door after the glass was broken. Several items were reported stolen from the store.

Troopers and K9 teams searched the area but did not locate any suspects. Troopers were able to obtain surveillance footage of the suspect in this burglary.

The suspect is described as a light-skinned/white male, approximately 5'10", with a medium build and a goatee. The male suspect was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, a baseball cap and gym shorts.
