State Police Make Forgery Arrest

As a result of a criminal investigation the State Police Central District Major Crime Squad has executed a felony arrest warrant for Brandon A. Warner for the charges of Forgery in the Second Degree and Conspiracy to Commit Forgery in the Second Degree.

The accused (Brandon A. Warner), manufactured a fraudulent document to provide another person with fraudulent proof of community service which was to be presented to the Derby Superior Court.

 

Today 06/08/11 at 1:30 p.m. the accused, turned himself to State Police at the Troop I (Bethany) Barracks.  He was arrested and processed without incident. 

The accused was released on a promise to appear in GA #22 Superior Court Milford on 06/20/2011.
