Arrest Made In Motor Vehicle Crash

State Police investigated a two vehicle crash on 02/02/11 that occurred on I-384 near exit 59.  Accident investigators gathered facts and information in the investigation and submitted an arrest warrant application to Superior Court for the arrest of the accused in this case.

On 03/10/11 State Police received an arrest warrant for the arrest of the accused in this case. The accused was advised of the warrant and at approximately 6:00 p.m. the accused surrendered at Troop H Hartford.  He was processed, formally charged, and released on bond to appear in Superior Court.

ARRESTED:  KRADAS, Timothy     DOB: 08/1/63

                        1111 Country Club Rd.

                        Middletown, Ct.

CHARGES:    Driving Under the influence of Liquor or Drugs

                        Following Too Close

                        Failure to wear seat belt

                        Littering

The accused was processed and released on $2500 bond to appear in Superior Court GA # 12 in Manchester on 03/28/11.

No additional arrests are anticipated.
