STATE POLICE STATEWIDE NARCOTICS TASK FORCE WOODBRIDGE AND ORANGE POLICE EXECUTE SEARCH WARRANTS MAKE NUMEROUS ARRESTS

During the past three months undercover narcotics investigators from the Statewide Narcotics Task Force, Orange, and Woodbridge Police Departments conducted an extensive investigation into narcotics activity in the communities of Orange and Woodbridge. The narcotics investigators made multiple controlled purchases of powder cocaine, ecstasy and Marijuana from several individuals in the towns of Orange and Woodbridge. 

As a result of facts and information obtained in this investigation Narcotics Detectives applied to Superior Court for search and seizure warrants for residences and vehicles.  In addition Detectives submitted arrest warrant applications to Superior Court for the arrest of numerous individuals.

 

Superior Court issued search warrants to the Narcotics Detectives to search the residences of the following four addresses; 226 Wilson Road, Orange, 1002 Pleasant Hill Road, Orange, 579 Glenwood Road, Orange and 135 Rimmon Road, Woodbridge.  Two search warrants were also issued for 2 vehicles associated with this investigation.

Today 08/27/09 shortly after 8 :00 a.m. State Police Narcotics Detectives, Orange and Woodbridge Detectives executed the search and seizure warrants for the residence and vehicles. Evidence was seized which consisted of narcotics and other paraphernalia.

Possession of Marijuana, Sale Of Marijuana, Conspiracy to commit sale of Controlled Substance

Nicole Spear - 135 Rimmon Road, Woodbridge, CT          DOB (12/25/83)

CHARGES

Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to sell, Operating A Drug Factory

David Baviello - 226 Wilson Road, Orange, CT               DOB (1/11/89)

CHARGES

3 arrest warrants – Sale of Narc. , Possession of Narcotics, Sale of Narcotics w/ 1500ft of school , Possession of narcotics w/ 1500ft of school, Possession of Controlled Substance,    Cultivation of Marijuana
