STATE POLICE MAKE RISK OF INJURY ARREST

On 08/28/09 Connecticut State Police arrested the accused in this case as a result of a criminal investigation.

While pursuing leads and information in another unrelated criminal case, State Police Detectives developed information of possible violations of state law that caused this criminal case to be initiated.   

During this criminal investigation, State Police Detectives conducted interviews and examined evidence which resulted in the Detectives submitting an arrest warrant application to Superior Court GA #9 for the arrest of the accused.  An arrest warrant was issued by the court.

On 08/28/09 6:00 a.m. the accused SACK surrendered himself to State Police at Troop-K in Colchester.   Accused SACK was processed and held on $100,000 bond. 

He will appear in Superior Court on GA# 9 Middletown on 8/28/09.

CHARGES:  Risk of injury to a Minor 53-21 (a) (1)
