Statewide Narcotics Task Force

MAKE NARCOTICS ARREST

On 04/15/09, in the early evening hours the Statewide Narcotics Task Force assisted by DEA Hartford and by Connecticut State Police -Troop K, concluded a month long narcotic investigation into narcotics sales in several towns in northeastern Connecticut, with the execution of a search and seizure warrant at 520 Boston Post Road in Bolton.

As a result of this investigation 678 grams of Marijuana, 153 grams of Hashish, 13 grams of Hallucinogenic Mushrooms, 4 grams of Ecstasy, 2 grams of Cocaine, 1 gram Ketamine, scales, prepackaging materials, drug paraphernalia and approx $8000.00 in cash was seized from said residence and the following person were arrested.

1)    Steven Foster W/M 03/02/81 of 520 Boston Post Road Bolton, CT.

Charges:  Possession of Marijuana

                 Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell

                 Possession of Cocaine

                 Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell

                 Possession of Controlled Substance

                 Possession of Hallucinogenic

                 Possession of Hallucinogenic with Intent to Sell

                 Operating a Drug Factory

            

2)    William Kutz WM 11/14/86 of 520 Boston Post Road Bolton, CT.

Charges:  Possession of Marijuana

                 Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell

                 Possession of Cocaine

                 Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell

                 Possession of Controlled Substance

                 Possession of Hallucinogenic

                 Possession of Hallucinogenic with Intent to Sell

                 Operating a Drug Factory

3)    Nathanial Kozikowski W/M 11/02/79 of 11 West Street Bristol, CT.

Charges:  Possession of Marijuana

                   Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell

                   Possession of Cocaine

                   Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Sell

                   Possession of Controlled Substance

                  Possession of Hallucinogenic

                   Possession of Hallucinogenic with Intent to Sell

                   Operating a Drug Factory

Foster was held on a $250,000 cash bond, both Kutz and Kozikowski were held on $100,000 cash bonds, all will appear in Superior Court on 04/16/09 at GA 19 in Rockville, CT.    Bolton Drugs
