                        THREE ARRESTED IN NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION

   The State Police Statewide Narcotics Task Force assisted by the Waterford Police Department, Naval Criminal Investigative & the Salem Resident State Trooper's Office, executed a narcotics-related search & seizure warrant at a private home located at 363 Forsyth Road in Salem. The execution of this warrant was based on information developed by narcotics investigators as a result of previous narcotic investigation conducted.

   During the execution of this search warrant, the following was seized: 273 oxycontin pills, $15,966.00, 13 grams of marijuana and a .22 cal rifle. The oxycontin seized is this case has a street value of approximately $30,000.00. 

   The accused Zachary McCusker is presently unemployed and receives state assistance. This criminal investigation is continuing.
