                                 STATE POLICE MAKE BURGLARY ARREST

On 09-27-2006 at approximately 0330 hrs the below listed individual was apprehended by Mansfield Resident Trooperswhile he wasattempting to burglarize building #3 at Carriage House Apartment Complex in Mansfield.

As part of an ongoing burglary investigation, troopers were working a surveillance operation at the apartment complex and observed the suspect attempt to burglarize an apartment. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. Stolen electronic equipment from other nighttime burglary investigations was recovered as a part of the investigation.  

The investigation is still ongoing. 

The accused wasreleased on bond and is  scheduled to appear in Rockville Superior Court on 10/10/2006.

Arrested:    David Stanley (DOB: 01-13-1984)

Charges:   Criminal attempt to commit Burglary 2nd

              Possession of burglar’s tools

              Trespassing
