                   STATE POLICE  MAKE ARREST AT COURT IN HARTFORD

A male subject was arrested in the lobby area of Superior Court G.A. 14 in Hartford after creating a disturbance by making derogatory and threatening comments that were offensive, based on bias, and causing alarm and concern for public safety in and around the courthouse.

This incident occurred at approximately 2:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 10, 2006.

The person arrested was transported to Troop H where he was processed and released on bond.

ACCUSED:  Keith J. THOMAS, age  42, DOB 10/21/1963

                71 Wilson Ave.

                Windsor, CT  

CHARGES:  Breach of Peace

               Intimidation Based on  Bias, 2nd  degree

The accused was released on a $1,000 non surety bond to appear at GA #14 Hartford on October 24, 2006.
