Details:

The Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crime Squad is investigating the deaths of Karen Everett and Mildred Alvarado.

Both women were known prostitutes from the Waterbury area.

Both women were found strangled and their bodies were dumped in a wooded area off of Valley Road in the Town of Harwinton, a short distance from Route 8.
