Details:

The Connecticut State Police Western District Major Crime Squad is investigating the following missing persons complaint.

Lester "Chip" Stewart lived in Litchfield County during the 1970's.  He was reported missing January 18, 1980 but was last seen in September of 1978.

State Police Investigators believe that Lester "Chip" Stewart was murdered during a drug related deal that went sour.  They also believe that his body was buried somewhere in the Goshen/Sharon, Connecticut area.

The body of Lester "Chip" Stewart has not been found.
