Connecticut Remediation Standard Regulations

Connecticut's Remediation Standard Regulations (RSRs) specify the standards for the remediation of environmental pollution in soil and groundwater.

Please see the Environmental Land Use Restrictions (ELUR) webpage for the revised ELUR regulations.  Effective July 1, 2017, the Connecticut eRegulations System shall serve as the official version of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies and the electronic repository for the regulation-making record. Final approved regulations will no longer be printed in the Connecticut Law Journal.
