Non-Legend Drug Permit

Purpose:

This permit is for retailers who want to sell over-the-counter medications such as Tylenol, Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Pepto-Bismol, and others.

• Examples of these retailers may include, but are not limited to:
  Pharmacies
  Convenience Stores
  Wholesale Clubs
  Gas Stations
  Dollar Stores
  Grocery Stores
  Restaurants
  Office Supply Stores

Prerequisites:

• None

• None

• Mail-in Application   or  

Application Fee:

• Initial Application Fee- $140. 
• Verify a license/track your application

Renewal:

• This permit expires annually on December 31st. The annual renewal fee is $100.00.  Renewal Information
