Itinerant Vendor Licensing Applications

Public Act 17-75 – An Act Concerning The Department of Consumer Protection and Occupational Licensing, went into effect on January 1, 2018. 

This new law states that as of January 1, 2018, the requirement for licensure for itinerant vendors has been repealed.
