Architecture Corporation License

Prerequisites:   

  • You must be registered with the Secretary of State in Connecticut as a domestic or foreign corporation at the time of this application.

Required Documentation:   

  • Certificate of Good Standing issued by the Secretary of the State of Connecticut, and the Secretary or other appropriate official of the state of incorporation if other than Connecticut. These certificates must be dated not more than thirty (30) days prior to filing this application.

Renewal:

All architecture corporation licenses expire annually on July 31st.  Renewal fee: $220.00
