The Council on Environmental Quality is continuing to carry out its mission while keeping both the public and our workforce safe during the COVID-19 pandemic. All submissions to the Council should be sent electronically to: peter.hearn@ct.gov

Meeting Information

 All Council meetings are open to the public. 

Until further notice, all meetings will be conducted remotely, in compliance with Governor Lamont’s Executive Order 7B. Please check the meeting agenda for details.

Sometimes the Council holds public forums in different parts of the state, and invites citizens to speak out about what they think the state's environmental priorities should be. Watch the home page for forum announcements.
